3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. raspberry jello powder
1 cup boiling water
1 pie shell (baked)

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange raspberries in baked pie shell. In sauce pan put sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, jello powder and water. Bring to boil and cook until thick. Pour over raspberries and put in refrigerator until cool and set. Top with whipped cream before serving.

Can also use strawberries instead of raspberries.
