2 c. flour
1/2 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T. sugar
1 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream shortening and gradually add 1 c. sugar and eggs; beat. Add flour mixture alternately with the sour milk; mix well. Add vanilla. Combine the 2 T. sugar and cinnamon together. Spoon half of the batter into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350* for about 40 - 50 minutes.
