1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 c. dates, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 t. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and egg in saucepan. Cook stirring not more than 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla, cereal and dates. Stir well and cool. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate.
