Caramel Overnight French Toast Recipe

Caramel Mixture:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 Tbs. corn syrup

Egg Mixture:
6 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
12 slices white sandwich bread

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º (the day of)

Grease 9x13 baking dish.

For caramel mixture: Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into bottom of baking dish.

Arrange 6 bread slices over caramel mixture, then place the remaining 6 slices on top of those.

Egg mixture: Combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread and caramel in baking dish. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Invert onto serving plate.
