2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Butter--Softened
1 1/3 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1-6 oz package Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Directions:

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda and set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until creamy, gradually add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time until well blended.
Add flour mixture gradually. Beat on low until until well blended.
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Drop dough by table spoons onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
Makes approximately 36 cookies.
