Ingredients:  
For the cake, blend together:
6 Tbsp. Crisco
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend in:
2 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp salt
Spoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
3/4 C. Crisco
6 Tbsp. Marshmallow fluff
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
Combine until well blended.

Frost one half of the cake and top with the other half.

We used to love to make these as kids! Of course we filled these gems with Poor Man's Frosting, since Marshmallo Fluff was a luxury at the time we were growing up. But, either way, we loved them!
