1/2 C. tapioca
1/2 C. sugar
Salt
1 qt. milk
1 C. grated pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Cook tapioca, sugar and salt in milk in a double boiler 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple. Chill. Serve in sherbet glasses garnished with whipped cream and cherries.
