1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2. tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
4 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. chocolate fudge topping

Directions:

Combine in large bowl:
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Press 3/4 mixture into 13 x 9 pan.
Combine and beat for 3 minutes on high:

2 - 8 ox. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Add 4 eggs - one at a time - and beat. Fold in 4 c. Cool Whip.

Spoon over wafer mixture. Drip 3/4 c. chocolate fudge topping over all. Take knife and marble through.

Use left over crumb mixture on top.

Freeze! Take out about 15 minutes before serving.!

This recipe came from my card club. We were 8 girls that tried to outdo each other with the best dessert recipes that we could develop! It worked! I made this several times for summer parties! Tastes just like a Peanut Butter Parfait from Dairy Queen! MMM MMM Good! Linda
