1 shallot minced
GOO
1/2 c. wine
1/2 c. cold butter in cubes
Lemon juice
Parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shallot in GOO
Add wine and cook about 3 minutes
Turn to low and whisk in butter gradually
Then add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper
