1 1 /2 Lb Cod filets
1 1/2 T Mayo
1 t. Dijon
Splash Siracha
3/4 c. Panko
1/4 c. Parm grated
Lemon zest
Parslety
1 1/2 t. Old Bay
1/2 T. GOO
1/2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prehet oven to 425º
Spread cod with mayo mix.
Heat GOO and butter in skillet and saute panko mixutre few minutes
Spread onto cod filets. Place in pan and cook about 15 minutes
Good with wine butter sauce and also with pineapple jicama salsa
