8 Ounces linguine cooked per package instructions.
2 Cups Fresh or frozen broccoli
1 Cup Frozen peas
1 Small onion diced.
1 Clove garlic.
2 Medium carrots sliced thin.
1 1/4 pounds chicken cut into 3/4" pieces.
1 Can Cream of Chicken or cream of mushroom soup.
3/4 to 1 Cup fat free milk.
2 Teaspoons of Olive oil.
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese.
Salt & Pepper.

Directions:
Prepare linguine per the package instructions. Drain well reserving some water.
Cook broccoli and peas using reserved water. Set aside.
Place olive oil in large skillet and cook chicken ( season to taste ) until white in color. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Cook carrots, onion and garlic in same skillet. Add soup, parmesan cheese & milk.
simmer until carrots are tender. and soup is bubbling.
Add linguine and serve with additional parmesan cheese.
