fresh blackberries
sugar
half and half

Directions:
Directions:
First, you go to the edge of the woods and pick the soft, but not smooshie, blackberries. (The hard ones will be sour.) Next, wash the berries well with water and drain. Then, mix berries in a bowl with sugar. Last, pour half and half over the berries and gently stir. Enjoy!

A helpful hint to fully enjoying your berries: Smoosh the berries with your tongue instead of chewing them. This way you don't get the seeds stuck in your teeth. :) My mom said Uncle Mike (Elliott) taught her that when she was a little girl and then she taught me.
