12 peeled, seeded cucumbers, cut into small pieces
12 onions peeled and cut into small pieces
4 red peppers diced
1/2 c. table salt

Dressing
2 tsp. turmeric
3 tsp. celery seed
3 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. dry mustard
7 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
1qt. vinegar
1 c. cold water

Directions:

1.Sprinkle 1/2 c. table salt over cucumbers, onion, red pepper mixture and 2.Let stand over night and then drain well in the morning.
3.Boil vinegar in the pot you will use to cook cucumber, onion,red pepper mixture.
4.Mix dry ingredients and then add cold water and stir well until smooth.
5.Pour into boiling vinegar and then add cucumber,onion, red pepper mixture
6.Simmer until they are soft.
7.Stir frequently to prevent burning.
8.Pour into sterilized jars
