1 cup Flour
1/3 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 can Pineapple Rings (save the juice)
1 bottle Marichino Cherries
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar
6 Tbl Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Vanilla


Directions:

1 cup Flour
1/3 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift powdered ingredients together and set aside.

1/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 can Pineapple Rings (save the juice)
1 bottle Marichino Cherries

Melt butter in a large iron skillet.
Sprinkle brown sugar over butter.
Arrange pineapple rings on bottom of skillet.
Place marichino cherry in center of each pineapple
Set to the side.

2 Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar
6 Tbl Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Vanilla

Beat eggs for five minutes on medium speed.
Gradually mix in sugar (after having beat the eggs for 5 minutes).
Add pineapple juice and vanilla, then mix in well.
Pour sifted dry ingredients in at once and mix into a cake batter.
Pour cake batter over fruit in iron skillet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let cool until very warm.
Place cake serving dish on top of skillet and flip over.
Cover and let stand for a day before serving to insure
