1lb. ground beef
1 head of green cabbage chopped
1 onion chopped
salt
ground black pepper
paprika

Frozen Rhodes Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain, add onions, and cabbage season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika
simmer 30 mins. cool to lukewarm.


Rolls: you can use just about any yeast roll recipe, I use frozen Rhodes white rolls, dinner size or texas rolls. (follow Rhodes directions for thawing).
for an even quicker bierock use Pillsbury biscuits, crescents or pizza dough.

Flatten out dough, fill , fold 4 corners, pinch to seal, place on cookie sheet edges down.

Bake 350 15 to 20 mins. or until golden brown
