2 lbs. beef, cut into strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp. mustard
1/3 cup white wine
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper (add to taste)
1 bag (340 g) of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef strips then push to side of pan. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook slowly for 5 minutes then push aside (in the pan). Stir flour into the juices and add beef broth. Bring entire mixture to boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for one hour or until meat is tender. In a separate pot, boil water and cook egg noodles according to directions. Add white wine to beef mixture 5 minutes before serving. Heat briefly and add salt and pepper to taste.
