1 12-15 lb. turkey
3 leeks
1 fennel bulb
1 packet of onion soup mix
2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse turkey and pat dry. Place on rack on roasting pan. Rub all over with soup mix. Place vegetables inside turkey. Add water to pan. Cook according to directions on label, basting every 20 minutes until done. The basting makes a very moist, flavorful turkey.
