Cracker Barrel Cheese (or other 2" block cheese )
round or cocktail toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut apple using apple corer/slicer (or cut apples in quaters, take out core and cut quarters in half length-wise to make 8 boats. Place on tray skin side down.
2. slice cheese into 1/4" slices (4 slices). Cut squares diagonally to make 8 triangles.
3. Poke one end of round toothpick into cheese and stick the other end into the apple to make the sail. (If you use cocktail toothpicks they will have to be long enough to go through the cheese into the apple, but they add a little flair to your "boat".
