2 15 oz. cans of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 15 oz. can black beans rinsed and drained
1 15-1/2 oz. can Texas-style barbecue beans with their liquid
1 20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/3 c. Prepared hickory-flavored barbecue sauce
2 tbsp.. Prepared yellow mustard
I medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 lb. cooked smoked ham, cubed
2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Freshly ground pepper

In a 3-1/2 or 4- quart slow cooker, combine beans, pineapple chunks barbecue sauce, mustard, onion, green pepper, and ham. Mix gently.
Cover and cook on low 5-1/2 to 6 hours (the onions and green peppers will still be crunchy). Stir in the vinegar and season with pepper to taste.
