1/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. ham
2 c. cheese
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly bake pie crust, for 5 minutes
Combine mayo, flour, eggs, milk. Stir in ham and cheese. Spoon in pie shell
Bake for 30 additional minutes, until set.

I usually double this recipe and use mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. The recipe calls for all mayo. but I use sour cream too. It's good and easy! I also grind the ham but you can chop. (:-)
