4 1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 T. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. chocolate chips
12 oz. german sweet chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow cream
2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk in saucepan. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring. Put in bowl, chocolate chips, german chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts. Pour boiling syrup over; beat until chocolate is melted. Stir 3 - 4 minutes and pour into greased 13x9 pan. Let stand a few hours to cool before cutting. Freezes well.
