3 lbs. chicken wings
1 egg beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
Sauce:
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp Accent
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut wings in half. Dip in beaten egg, then flour. Fry in butter til deep brown. Put in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour. Spoon sauce over wings during cooking
