1/2 c. mashed potato
3 c. conf. sugar
3 c. coconut
1 t. vanilla
dash of salt
3 squares (1 oz. each) chocolate, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potato and sugar to form paste. Stir in coconut, vanilla and salt. Press into 8" square pan. Spread chocolate over. Cool and cut.
