1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 t. cream of tarter
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Put water into unbeaten egg white. Quickly add sugar; beat until fluffy. Add cream of tarter and vanilla. Beat until stiff.
