2 lbs. ground beef - cooked
2 Green onions diced
1 Green pepper diced
1 bottle of V- 8 juice
2 cans of Bush's Chili Red Beans
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 bottle of beer
1/2 cup brown sugar
Half and half - 1/2 cup
Shredded Cheese
Seasoning: salt, pepper, Chili seasoning, parsley,chives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef with green onions and green peppers in a Dutch oven until caramelized. Add seasoning and stir in to the meat. When cooked stir in the beans, V-8, brown sugar, diced tomatoes, and beer. Simmer for 1 hour. Right before serving add half and half to reduce bitterness from tomatoes. Pour into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and chives.
