Eye of Round Roast - cubed - (ask butcher)
Chicken Broth - 1 small can
White wine - 3/4 cup
Green Onion - sliced 2-4
Mushrooms ( optional) sliced 5-6
Worcestershire - 3 tbsp.
Egg noodles (boil according to pkg. instructions.)
Cream cheese - 8 oz.
Sour Cream- 8 oz.
Butter - half stick for meat and half stick for sauce.
Flour - 1- 2 tbsp.
Seasoning: Italian, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley Use in sauce and on meat.

Brown cubed beef to sear. Place in slow cooker with seasoning and chicken broth and white wine. Cook for 6-8 hours.. until tender. In large skillet place onion and mushrooms in butter to saute', then add cream cheese, sour cream, flour, and seasoning. Stir until smooth. Place cooked beef in sauce and continue to cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Pour over cooked egg noodles and serve.
