1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 small jar of salsa, your choice of flavor
1/2 c. mayo
1 bag of tortilla chips
2 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix salsa, mayo, ground beef, and the corn. Put tortilla chips in a casserole dish and top with the salsa mixture and the cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes until heated thru.
