Fresh eggs
Miracle Whip or Mayo
Yellow Mustard
Zip lock baggie

Directions:
Boil eggs for 5 minutes, remove form heat and let set for 12-15 minutes. Drain off the hot water, run cold water over the eggs, crack and peel off the shell under cold running water. (They come off faster that way).
Cut in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl. Smash yolks with a fork as fine as possible. Add Miracle Whip, and small amount of yellow mustard. Mix well. Place yolk mixture into a zip lock bag. Work the mixture until all or most of the lumps are gone. Cut off a corner and squeeze the mixture into the egg halves. Decorate as you please.
