1 container (17oz.) precooked pork roast
1/4 c. enchilada sauce
1 tsp. Mexican seasoning
8 (6in.) white corn tortillas
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
shredded lettuce
Tomatoes, chopped

1. Remove pork roast from package and set aside. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine enchilada sauce and Mexican seasoning. Add pork roast. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes; remove and set aside.
2. Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with moist paper towel and heat in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Meanwhile, use a fork to shred pork in bowl. Add onion and cilantro. Stir to combine. Divide pork mixture among heated tortillas. Serve tacos hot with lime wedges, lettuce, and tomatoes.
