1 package 8 0z. cream cheese
1 package shredded pepper jack cheese
1 1/2 Tbls. taco seasoning
8 flour tortillas
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together cream cheese, Pepperjack cheese and taco seasoning
2. Fold in chicken
3. Divide among flour tortillas
4. Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla
5. Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9" x 13" baking dish
6. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray
7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
8. Turn chimi's over, and bake an additional 15 minutes
9. Serve with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and salsa
