2 Large Heads Curly Kale
¼ cup ground cashews or Tahani
¼ cup lemon juice (juice one lemon)
¼ + 2 Tbs Grapeseed or Olive Oil
2 tsp siracha - or to taste
½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Nutritional Yeast
¼ tsp sea salt.

Prepare dehydrator

Rinse Kale leaves, pat dry. Remove leaves from stems - keep leaves large.

In small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix to a thick paste.

Use hands to massage this mixture into the leaves, cover thoroughly.

Bake for >6 hours in dehydrator.

Alternate veggies to try
Cauliflower, break into small flowerettes and follow recipe.
