1 12 oz. large egg bow tie pasta
1 small onion chopped
1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 stick butter
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil bow ties al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside. Melt butter in sauce pan, add minced garlic and onion. Saute approximately 3 minutes, then add the pepper strips and continue to saute over low heat until tender. Stir in bow ties, parsley and olive oil. Top with Parmesan cheese.
