1 cup shredded cooked crab meat
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. red bell pepper
salt
pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
mayonnaise
flour
beaten egg
tbsp. water
butter
Ritz or Saltine crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shredded crab meat, onion, red pepper, a little salt and pepper, lemon juice, and enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together.
Form 2 inch patties and coat with flour. Dip in beaten egg with 1 tbsp. water; then dip in finely crushed Ritz or Saltine crackers.
Fry in butter, turning once, until golden brown and crisp.
Serve with sweet chili sauce.
