1 fully cooked rotisserie chicken de-boned and cut into bite size pieces
15 oz. jar alfredo sauce
1 cup frozen peas & carrots (cook to soften)
2 Tablespoons pimientos
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of dried thyme
1 box of Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (2)

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie plate with one crust. Mix all ingredients + chicken pieces in large bowl. Pour into pie shell, cover with other pie crust and crimp edges together. Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape. After it starts to brown, cover with foil to prevent burning before it's done. Bake in 375º oven 35-45 minutes. This makes a tall pot pie.
