6 oz. semisweet chocolate
1/4 c. heavy cream
3 T. corn syrup
2 t. butter
pinch of salt
1/4 c. water
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the chocolate. Combine it with the cream, corn syrup, butter, salt and water in a microwavable bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on medium until the mixture is steaming hot but not boiling, 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand 30 seconds, and then whisk until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Serve sauce warm over ice cream. (Leftover sauce keeps well. Reheat on medium about 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds).
