1 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 can (7 oz.) tuna
1/2 c. milk
2 T. fat or oil
1 egg, beaten
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep hot fat. Fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Roll in grated cheese. Can also be served with cream sauce.
