1 lb. hamburg
1 egg
1 1/2 t. salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Blend meat, egg, salt, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Turn into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350* for about 1 hour.
