2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening, melted
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Blend sugar and melted shortening. Add eggs; stir until blended. Stir in vanilla and coconut. Gradually add dry ingredients. Chill until easy to handle. Roll out 1/8" thickness; cut out. Bake at 375* for 8 - 10 minutes. 2 dozen
