1 (4-5 lb.) pkg. turkey breast halves
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. oregano
paprika
2 Tbsp. dry white wine or sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Leaving skin attached along one side, use knife to separate meat from skin. Make cuts in meat; insert garlic. Rub meat with 1/2 of onion salt and oregano. Replace skin; secure with skewer or toothpicks. Sprinkle remaining onion salk, oregano and paprika. Place skin side up in shallow foil-lined roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer. Bake in a 325º oven for 2-2 1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
To serve, cut away from bone. Remove skewers; slice. Combine broth and wine; heat. Serve over turkey slices.
