1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. green pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 c. minced onion
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or veal
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Combine celery, water, green pepper, onion and broth mix. Cook until celery is tender. Transfer to bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Divide into 2 loaves; place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 375º for about 45 minutes or until firm.
