5 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. fresh whole milk
2 cans Pet or Carnation evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add evaporated milk, sugar, whole milk and vanilla. Mix until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Pour mixture into 1 gallon ice cream maker. Following ice cream maker instructions, churn to desired consistency. Freeze overnight and serve.
