2 Tbsp. bacon fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fat in skillet. Add onion, corn, salt and pepper. Cook slowly, turning now and then until corn is light brown. Pour over evaporated milk. Cook and stir over very low heat until sauce is slightly thickened. Do not boil. Serve hot.
