1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 large green peppers
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato sauce, ground beef, rice, salt, oregano and onion together. Cut thin slice from stem of each green pepper; wash and clean out seeds. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. Stuff pepper lightly with meat mixture. Stand upright in small baking pan. Bake, covered for 45 minutes at 350º. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
