6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1½ cups sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 pound hot bulk sausage
½ cups dry bread crumbs
1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in buttered casserole and season to taste. Cook sausage, drain and sprinkle over eggs. Pour sour cream over sausage. Combine crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over casserole. Can be refrigerated the night before. When ready to serve, place in the oven (350°) to heat thoroughly, and brown top under broiler.
