6 cups cubed bread
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup maple syrup
5 beaten eggs

Streusel topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lay cubed bread in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Evenly distribute cream cheese over bread cubes. Do the same with the blueberries.
Mix the milk, syrup, and eggs together. Pour over the bread cubes. Top evenly with streusel topping.
Bake at 375º for 45-65 minutes, uncovered
