1 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 T. butter
2 egg yolks
2 t. vanilla
2 egg whites
1 - 2 T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. In a small sauce pan, combine milk and butter - heat just until butter is melted. Pour into a small bowl and beat in egg yolks and vanilla.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Stir egg yolk mixture into dry ingredients just until barely combined. Fold in egg whites.

Fry pancakes as usual.
