Ingredients: Ground Beef - 1lb Salt - 1tsp Cayenne powder/ Mirchi - 1/2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp Fried Onions - 2 Tbl Haldi - 1/4 tsp
Potatoes - 4 Large Salt - 1 tsp or to taste Black Pepper - 1/.2 tsp or to taste
Egg White - 2 Eggs Bread Crumbs - 2 cups Oil - Enough for frying

Directions:First make the Kheema - 1. Wash the beef in a strainer and set aside. 2. Heat 2 tbl oil in a pot and add Ginger and garlic to it and fry a little. 3. Add the mirchi and haldi to it and sizzle for a minute. 4. Add the ground beef to it and add the salt and fried onions and mix well and cook till done.
5. Meanwhile wash the potatoes and put in pressure cooker with water and cook for 10 minutes or so, till it becomes soft. 6. Peel the skin and mash in a bowl and add salt and pepper to it according to taste. 7. take a small ball of potato and flatten it and put the beef in the middle of it and fold the potato around it. Make it a flattened ball shape like a disc 8. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. 9. Dip the potato disc in the egg white and then in the bread crumbs and coat it completely and then fry till brown on one side and then flip and brown the other side. Enjoy
