1 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) COOK and SERVE vanilla pudding mix (DO NOT substitute Instant)
1 egg
1/2 t. cinnamon
8 slices Texas Toast - or any bread
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk the milk, pudding mix, egg and cinnamon for 2 minutes or until well blended. Dip bread into pudding mixture, coating both sides well. Melt butter on a griddle; cook until golden brown on one side, then flip the bread and cook that side until golden brown.

Best served warm, but left overs can be saved and warmed up the next day.

For a family of 5 or more - double or triple the recipe.
