2 lb. ground beef
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 large or 2 small packages of taco seasoning
2 packages crescent rolls
1 egg with 1 tbsp. water
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
sour cream
black olives
lettuce
chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef until pink is gone. DO NOT BROWN. Add tomato sauce with seasoning. Cool. In 9 x 13 pan place 1 package crescent rolls, do not run up sides. Add meat mixture. Add cheeses. Top with other package of crescent rolls. Brush top with egg and water mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Before serving top with sour cream, olives, lettuce and tomato.
