3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. cream of tarter
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugar and shortening. Add the eggs, beaten lightly. Sift the flour, baking soda, cream of tarter, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture. Fold in raisins. Spread into 13x9 greased baking pan. Bake at 375* about 25 minutes.
